Pricing
One plan, monthly or yearly. Everything is included, there is no per-project or per-email metering, because you should not be doing arithmetic before deciding whether to quote a job. Every account starts with fourteen free days and no card.
- Every FDOT letting, read and matched to your trade
- Planholder lists pulled before FDOT removes them
- Introductions to estimators, from your own email address
- You approve each one, or turn on automatic sending
- Cancel from the portal, no phone call
No card for the trial, and nothing sends until you approve it. You subscribe from inside the app once you have seen your own queue.
Is it worth $299?
A specialty subcontract on an FDOT job commonly runs $80,000 to $600,000. At a typical margin, one additional win covers four or five years of subscription. If it produces none in a year, it was not worth it and you should cancel, the button is in the portal and we will not make you call anyone.
Honest limits
| Covered | FDOT lettings and Florida state solicitations, statewide. |
|---|---|
| Not covered | County and municipal bidding. |
| Planholder timing | FDOT removes planholder lists roughly five business days before a bid opens. We pull them before that, but a project we see late may have no list available. |
| Planholder lists | Published for every open FDOT letting we currently track. Where a list is not available we say so on the project rather than guessing at who is bidding. |
We read only public listing and planholder pages, honour robots.txt, and never redistribute documents hosted by an agency, we link to them.
