Draft pending legal review.
What the service does
ScopeLetter monitors public solicitation and planholder information, matches projects to the profile you provide, drafts introductions to general contractors bidding those projects, and sends them from a mailbox you connect, with your authorization.
You are the sender
Messages go out from your address, under your name. You are responsible for their content, and you approve each one unless you have turned on automatic sending. We draft only from the profile you give us, and we hold back any draft containing a claim we cannot trace to it.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that you will win work, that any estimator will reply, or that every relevant project will be found. Agencies change their systems and remove planholder lists on their own schedule, commonly five business days before a bid opens, and some projects will have no list available. Where we infer likely bidders from historical bid tabulations rather than a published list, we label it as inferred.
Billing
$299 per month, or $2,990 per year, billed through Stripe. Trials run 14 days without a card. Cancel from the portal at any time; you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. Founding-rate seats are locked at $199 for twelve months from signup.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send anything misleading, to contact people who have opted out, or to make claims about your firm that are not true. Accounts doing so will be suspended.
